We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Director to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the manufacturing facility and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and efficacy of all manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trials and studies to evaluate new products and technologies.
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including training and development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to clinical operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and goals for the clinical department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
