Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Clinical Psychologist Assistant to join our team in Dubai, working specifically within the field of Agriculture. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide mental health support and counseling services to individuals involved in the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of clients in the agriculture sector
- Assist in developing treatment plans and goals based on client assessments and psychologist recommendations
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, addressing issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma related to their work in agriculture
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agricultural organizations to ensure holistic care for clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment strategies
- Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of clinical psychology and agriculture

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting or providing mental health support
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Experience working with clients in the agriculture industry is a plus
