Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant to support our clinical research team in the financial services sector. This position plays a crucial role in assisting with the coordination, management, and execution of clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to supporting the advancement of clinical research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical research studies in accordance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and good clinical practice (GCP).
- Support the Clinical Research Coordinator in participant recruitment efforts, including screening potential subjects, obtaining informed consent, and scheduling study visits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study participants, data collection, and regulatory documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, compliance, and data management, to ensure the smooth operation of clinical trials.
- Assist in the preparation of study-related materials, including protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to the development of study protocols and reports.
- Monitor study progress and maintain communication with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and institutional review boards (IRBs) as required.
- Assist in the training of new staff and interns on clinical research protocols and procedures.
- Participate in study meetings and contribute to the development of project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and institutional policies throughout the research process.
- Facilitate the collection and management of study data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related area, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in participant recruitment and data collection is preferred.
