We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a passion for improving healthcare operations through the implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality and compliance standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize clinical operations and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, leveraging technology solutions where appropriate
- Manage the implementation of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other IT tools to streamline clinical processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in clinical operations and IT, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and advancement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required
