We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, specifically within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts
- Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing issues
- Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address customer payment concerns
- Prepare reports on collection activities and accounts receivable status for management review
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to collections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
