We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of the Aerospace and Defense sector, you will be responsible for managing the collections operations program to ensure timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collections strategies and processes to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts
- Manage a team of collections specialists to ensure targets are met and KPIs are achieved
- Monitor collection activities and track progress against targets
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex collection issues
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on collections performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing collections activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
