We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Operations Program Manager to join our Manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections operations and program management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage a team of collections specialists to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding debts
- Analyze collections data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline collections processes and enhance customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on collections performance and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to collections operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections operations and program management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collections management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
