We are seeking a dynamic and organized College Administrator Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational setting and possess strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the College Administrator in managing day-to-day operations
- Assist with student enrollment, registration, and record-keeping
- Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments for the College Administrator
- Prepare and distribute internal communications to students and staff
- Assist with budget management and financial record-keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and staff databases
- Assist with the coordination of student orientations and graduation ceremonies
- Provide general office support including answering phones, responding to emails, and ordering office supplies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Energy industry is a plus
