We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced College Counselor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a College Counselor in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to college students pursuing careers in pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and career counseling to college students interested in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and extracurricular activities to enhance their skills and knowledge in pharmaceuticals
- Help students develop strong resumes and cover letters for internships and job applications
- Coordinate with academic advisors and faculty to ensure students are on track to meet their academic and career goals
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as job search strategies, interview skills, and networking in the pharmaceutical industry
- Stay current on industry trends and job opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
- Maintain confidential student records and track their progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as a college counselor or in a related role
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and career pathways within the field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
