We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a College Professor Assistant in the field of Real Estate. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will provide support to the college professor in delivering high-quality education to students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the college professor in preparing and delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops related to Real Estate.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining class schedules, organizing course materials, and coordinating with students.
- Assist in grading assignments, exams, and projects, providing feedback to students as needed.
- Conduct research and assist in the development of new course materials and curriculum.
- Assist in organizing field trips, guest lectures, and other educational activities for students.
- Provide support to students outside of class, including answering questions, providing guidance on assignments, and offering academic support as needed.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in teaching or academic support is preferred but not required.
