We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commodity Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commodity strategies to optimize costs and reduce risks within the construction materials supply chain.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes that may impact commodity sourcing and procurement.
- Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on procurement performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry trends is highly preferred.
