We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commodity Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for various commodities within the consumer goods industry. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure the best quality products are sourced at the most competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and efficiency
- Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed sourcing decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met
- Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to assess compliance with company standards
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to sourcing and procurement activities
- Stay current on industry best practices and technologies to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sourcing software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of consumer goods industry trends and market dynamics
