We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of communication strategies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the organization's projects, initiatives, and brand in the market.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the communications team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and overseeing project timelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the development of content for various communication channels, including press releases, marketing materials, website content, and social media posts.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support communication initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
