Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Assistant to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering community engagement and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and support initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with customers and community members through various channels, including social media, events, and community forums. Promote our telecommunications services and gather feedback to improve customer experience.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing community events, workshops, and informational sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of events that align with company objectives.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical support related to our telecommunications products and services. Ensure timely follow-up with customers to maintain satisfaction.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for community newsletters, social media platforms, and websites. Share updates, promotions, and educational materials to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Data Management: Maintain and update community databases, ensuring accurate records of community interactions, feedback, and engagement metrics. Provide regular reports to management on community trends and insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align community initiatives with overall business strategies. Foster strong relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance community presence.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze community feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on community needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong desire to promote community development.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its trends is a plus.
