We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Community Service Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community service initiatives and programs that align with our company's values and goals in the consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee community service projects and programs that positively impact the local community and align with the company's corporate social responsibility objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local nonprofit organizations, community groups, and government agencies to collaborate on community service initiatives.
- Coordinate volunteer activities and events, including recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of community service programs, and provide regular reports to management on outcomes and effectiveness.
- Manage budget and resources for community service projects, ensuring cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Promote community service initiatives through various channels, including social media, press releases, and community events.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in community service and corporate social responsibility to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, nonprofit management, community development).
- [X] years of experience in community service, corporate social responsibility, or related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate community service programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local community issues and resources in Dubai.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
