We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Compensation Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits operations within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the compensation and benefits team
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage the annual salary review process, including conducting market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters
- Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in compensation and benefits operations
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
