We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Consultant to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address any issues
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the telecommunications industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws
- Investigate any compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare reports for senior management on compliance activities and findings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the UAE and internationally
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Certification in compliance or a related field is a plus
