We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Program Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with a focus on ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations in the transportation and logistics industry
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all processes and procedures are in line with compliance standards
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure the company remains compliant
