We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance within the Aerospace and Defense industry, with a focus on ensuring that all operations and processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance issues
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies as necessary
- Investigate any compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance in all aspects of operations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in compliance management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
