Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing our manufacturing processes through the effective use of information technology. This position requires a deep understanding of both computer systems and manufacturing operations, enabling the analyst to identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and implement technology-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement new computer systems and applications tailored to the manufacturing environment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system changes and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation of manufacturing systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the effective use of new systems and technologies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can be integrated into the manufacturing processes.
- Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java, and experience with database management systems.
- Familiarity with system integration and data analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
