Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Construction Foreman Assistant to join our team in the dynamic field of healthcare construction in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist the Construction Foreman in overseeing construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Construction Foreman in daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and supervising construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Monitor work progress and report on any issues or delays, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular site inspections to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Assist in managing labor resources, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure quality workmanship.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and input on site conditions, progress, and challenges.
- Support the procurement process by assisting in the ordering of materials and supplies required for construction activities.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among all site personnel.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations related to healthcare construction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a healthcare-related project preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Proficient in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

- This position requires working outdoors on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands.
- The role may require occasional travel to different job sites within Dubai and the surrounding areas.
