Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and finalization of construction projects within the financial services sector. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while adhering to all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and alignment with financial services standards.

- Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and the identification of potential cost savings.
- Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project progress, updates, and any issues that may arise.

- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all construction work meets industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements specific to the financial services industry.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor adherence to safety procedures and quality control measures.

- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks associated with construction projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process in a timely manner.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative working environment to promote team cohesion and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and financial regulations relevant to the industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
