We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail construction projects and possess strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Utilize estimating software and tools to ensure accurate and competitive bids
- Evaluate project scope and specifications to identify potential cost saving opportunities
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and proposals for clients
- Participate in bid reviews and negotiations with clients and vendors
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process
- Keep abreast of industry trends and pricing to maintain competitive pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in retail projects
- Strong proficiency in estimating software and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
