We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team in Dubai. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on agricultural projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on agricultural projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site
- Plan and schedule construction activities, including ordering materials and equipment as needed
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project deadlines are met
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in construction, with a focus on agriculture preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
