We are seeking a talented and strategic Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends, and possess strong analytical skills to provide valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends within the financial services industry
- Utilize various research methodologies and tools to gather and interpret data on consumer insights
- Develop and maintain consumer profiles and segmentation strategies to identify target audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for marketing, product development, and customer experience initiatives
- Monitor and track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management based on consumer insights findings
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in consumer insights and market research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related field within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
