We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Consumer Rights Advocate to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Consumer Rights Advocate in the telecommunications industry, you will be responsible for ensuring that the rights of consumers are protected and upheld in all aspects of their interactions with telecommunication services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to consumers who have complaints or issues with their telecommunication services
- Investigate consumer complaints and work towards finding a fair and satisfactory resolution
- Educate consumers about their rights and responsibilities when it comes to telecommunication services
- Collaborate with internal teams to address consumer concerns and improve overall service quality
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to consumer rights in the telecommunications industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in consumer rights advocacy or a related field
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to consumer rights in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
