We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Lawyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and experience working in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including sales agreements, distribution agreements, procurement contracts, and licensing agreements
- Providing legal advice and guidance on contract matters to internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Resolving contractual disputes and issues
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Admission to practice law in Abu Dhabi
- [X] years of experience working as a Contract Lawyer, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
