We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure the best possible terms for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft contracts with suppliers, vendors, and clients in the Energy sector.
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine contract requirements and objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and pricing strategies.
- Resolve any contract disputes or issues that may arise during the negotiation process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in contract negotiation within the Energy sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
