We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contracts and negotiations, with a thorough understanding of legal terminology and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for construction projects, including subcontractor agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to develop contract terms and conditions
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to ensure contracts are in line with current standards
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on contract matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- [8+] years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC and other standard forms
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
