We are seeking a Contracts Administration Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Contracts Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management within the organization's education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract administration policies and procedures
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines
- Manage contract performance and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet business requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
- Provide guidance and support to staff on contract-related matters
- Conduct regular contract audits to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
