We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Operations Program Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our transportation and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize our transportation and logistics operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Manage a team of operations staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Oversee compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
