We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Program Manager to join our dynamic telecommunications company based in Sharjah. The Corporate Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all corporate programs and initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate programs and initiatives to drive business objectives and goals
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful execution of programs
- Monitor and track program performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance program effectiveness
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve corporate programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the telecommunications industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing corporate programs and initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and technologies
