We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Creative Director Assistant in the field of Education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Creative Director in developing and implementing creative strategies to enhance our educational programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Creative Director in generating creative ideas and concepts for educational materials, campaigns, and projects
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that creative concepts are brought to life effectively
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and resources for creative projects
- Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide innovative solutions
- Help in organizing and attending creative brainstorming sessions and meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
