Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and innovation, as well as a strong background in project management and retail.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative strategies that align with business goals
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, product packaging, store displays, and other creative assets
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Track and analyze the performance of creative programs, making recommendations for improvement as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
