We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The Creative Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all creative projects within the Information Technology department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies to meet the company's objectives and goals
- Manage a team of designers, developers, and content creators to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept development to final implementation
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative management role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of design principles and creative processes
