Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to join our team in Dubai’s burgeoning healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, analyzing, and managing credit risk within the organization, ensuring that all financial transactions comply with relevant policies and regulations. This role is critical in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services by maintaining financial stability and minimizing risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough credit assessments of potential and existing clients, analyzing financial statements, credit histories, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness.
- Develop and maintain credit risk models to forecast potential losses and assess the impact of economic changes on the organization’s portfolio.
- Monitor ongoing credit risk exposure and report on key risk indicators, ensuring timely identification of emerging risks and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure comprehensive understanding and management of credit risk across the organization.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on credit risk analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Review and update credit policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the collection of overdue accounts and collaborate with the collections team to develop effective strategies for mitigating credit losses.
- Participate in risk assessment meetings and contribute to the overall risk management strategy of the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions that could impact credit risk.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in credit risk analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment techniques.
- Excellent understanding of credit risk frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficient in using financial analysis software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, and experience with risk management software is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
