We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit and Collections Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit and collections strategies to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts
- Manage a team of credit and collections specialists to achieve department goals and objectives
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to assess creditworthiness
- Negotiate payment plans with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take appropriate actions to collect overdue payments
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of accounts receivable to senior management
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely payment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, banks, and credit agencies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in credit and collections management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and collections strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Professional certification in credit management is a plus
