We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Manager Assistant in our Education department. The Credit Manager Assistant will work closely with the Credit Manager to ensure the efficient and effective management of the credit control process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Credit Manager in assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
- Process credit applications and conduct credit checks
- Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding debts
- Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment terms
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment status
- Prepare reports on credit control activities for management review
- Assist in the development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures
- Provide support to the Credit Manager in day-to-day tasks and projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in credit control or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of credit control best practices and regulations
