### Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Criminal Investigator to join our team in the Education sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in investigating incidents related to misconduct, fraud, and criminal activities within educational institutions. This position requires a thorough understanding of investigative procedures, legal compliance, and a strong commitment to upholding the integrity of the educational environment.

### Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of criminal activity, misconduct, and fraud within educational institutions.
- Collect, analyze, and document evidence related to investigations, ensuring all findings are recorded accurately and comprehensively.
- Interview witnesses, victims, and suspects as part of the investigative process to gather relevant information.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies, legal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective resolution of cases.
- Prepare detailed reports and case summaries that outline findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the investigative process.
- Develop and implement preventive measures and training programs to educate staff and students about maintaining a safe and secure educational environment.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and best practices related to criminal investigations and educational policies.
- Provide expert testimony in court proceedings when required, presenting evidence and findings in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and revision of institutional policies related to safety, security, and investigative protocols.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal investigation, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of criminal law, investigative techniques, and forensic science.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with educational policies and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant software and technology used in investigations and data analysis.

### Work Environment

This role may require occasional travel to various educational institutions within Dubai and surrounding areas for on-site investigations. The working hours may vary based on case requirements, and flexibility is essential.
