Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Instructor to join our team in Dubai, focusing on training individuals in the food service sector within the Transportation and Logistics industry. This role will involve developing, delivering, and assessing culinary training programs aimed at enhancing participants' skills in food preparation, safety, and logistics management. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, experience in training, and a keen understanding of the unique challenges faced in food logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive culinary training programs tailored to the needs of students pursuing careers in transportation and logistics.
- Conduct classes and hands-on workshops covering various culinary techniques, food safety regulations, quality control, and inventory management.
- Create lesson plans and training materials that incorporate industry standards and best practices.
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with industry partners to stay updated on current trends and developments in the culinary field, especially related to logistics and supply chain management.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, helping them navigate career opportunities within the transportation and logistics sectors.
- Organize and supervise practical assessments, competitions, and events to showcase student skills and knowledge.
- Participate in curriculum development and enhancement, ensuring that all programs are relevant and effective.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, and provide reports to management as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a teaching or training role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations, particularly as they pertain to transportation and logistics.
- Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of various learning styles.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and training purposes.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an asset.
- Familiarity with culinary software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative training techniques.
