Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cultural Anthropologist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Cultural Anthropologist in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for studying and analyzing the cultural beliefs, practices, and behaviors of different groups within the organization and its stakeholders. Your insights and recommendations will help shape our strategies and operations to ensure alignment with diverse cultural perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting ethnographic research to understand the cultural dynamics within the organization and its external stakeholders
- Analyzing cultural data to identify patterns and trends that may impact decision-making and operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop culturally sensitive policies and practices
- Providing cultural insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Developing training programs to promote cultural awareness and understanding among employees
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cultural research and analysis
- Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods and data analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and presentation
