We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in customer service and relationship management. As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our students and parents have a positive and seamless experience from the moment they inquire about our educational services to their ongoing engagement with our institution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer journey
- Lead initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution
- Conduct regular training and development programs for staff to enhance their customer service skills
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
