We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our Real Estate team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to identify target customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer communication channels, including email marketing, social media, and customer feedback platforms.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional offers, events, and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
