We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Marketing Operations Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, customer relationship management, and logistics, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on customer marketing initiatives
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization
- Manage customer segmentation and targeting to personalize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue goals
- Lead the development of customer loyalty programs and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to support customer marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing and logistics operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
