We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote properties and generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary changes to enhance the customer experience
- Train and mentor customer relations staff to ensure high levels of service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer relations activities and outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer relations, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of Sharjah real estate market trends and regulations
- Arabic language skills are a plus
