Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging dance classes for employees, catering to various skill levels and styles, including but not limited to contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, and ballroom.
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials that promote physical fitness, creativity, and teamwork.
- Organize and facilitate dance workshops, performances, and team-building events that encourage employee participation and foster a sense of community.
- Assess the skill levels and progress of participants and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their dance techniques.
- Collaborate with HR and Wellness teams to integrate dance programs into employee wellness initiatives and corporate events.
- Stay updated on current dance trends, techniques, and fitness research to ensure classes are engaging, innovative, and effective.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Promote the benefits of dance as a form of physical activity and stress relief within the workplace.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional dance instruction experience, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles and techniques.
- Certification in dance instruction or related fields is highly desirable.
- Experience in organizing and leading dance workshops and performances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
