We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts to extract insights from large data sets related to transportation and logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in driving business decisions and strategies based on data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to transportation and logistics operations
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and metrics for measuring the success of transportation and logistics operations
- Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to present key findings and insights to stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in transportation and logistics operations
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and transportation and logistics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts
