### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Manager to oversee and enhance the quality and accuracy of data across our Transportation and Logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing data governance strategies, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role is essential for driving informed decision-making and optimizing operational efficiency through reliable data management practices.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and security of data within the organization.
- Data Quality Assurance: Establish and implement data quality metrics, monitoring processes, and regular audits to ensure the integrity of data across multiple systems.
- Data Management: Oversee data entry, validation, and maintenance processes to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, operations, and logistics teams to identify data-related issues and develop effective solutions for improvements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into data quality trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
- Training and Support: Develop training programs for staff on data management best practices and tools, ensuring that all employees understand the importance of data integrity.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all data management practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks associated with data breaches and inaccuracies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance data integrity and streamline data management workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for data integrity concerns, effectively communicating with stakeholders across the organization to foster a culture of data accuracy and accountability.

### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data integrity, or a related role, preferably within the Transportation and Logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality metrics, and data management best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to data management.
