Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Data Quality Manager in the agriculture sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all data pertaining to our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify data quality issues and implement solutions to address them.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Create and maintain documentation on data quality processes and best practices.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure data quality controls are integrated into systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to staff on data quality processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Management, Information Systems, Agriculture, etc.)
- [5-8] years of experience in data management, data quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with data management tools and software.
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and processes is a plus.
