Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Warehouse Analyst to join our growing team in the real estate sector based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data warehousing, and business intelligence, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Warehousing: Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of data infrastructure. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage solutions.

- Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop reports and dashboards that present actionable insights to stakeholders.

- ETL Processes: Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Work with various data sources to integrate data into the warehouse.

- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Utilize BI tools to create visualizations and reports that support business goals.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, ETL processes, and reporting metrics. Ensure that data governance policies and best practices are followed.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather data requirements and provide insights that enhance business performance.

- Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on data tools and reporting systems. Act as a point of contact for data-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in data warehousing, data analysis, and business intelligence, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
